MY HOLISTIC PRACTICE
An old Japanese proverb says: “Don’t wait until you’re thirsty to dig a well." Similarly, naturopathic medicine focuses on prevention, and the maintenance of health. Building on the scientific and diagnostic strengths of conventional medicine, it focuses on finding and treating the root cause of disease.
The human body is designed to achieve homeostasis, or balance, in all of its many functions. By removing blocks and barriers, I believe the body can naturally restore optimum health. I see my main job as helping clients to identify and remove these barriers, so their bodies can naturally revert back to the state of balance they are designed to exist in.
Step by step support with do-able and efficient ways to minimize environmental toxicity. Let me help you safely and effectively optimize your body's own ability to detoxify.
